Measurement. It’s been the Holy Grail of public relations since the beginning of time. Even my professor in college said that whoever comes up with a public relations measurement tool would be a millionaire. Klout is one of the latest measurement tools to hit the social media circuit. (Yes, I consider social media public relations. PR is often confused with talking exclusively to the media – that’s media relations, yet another facet of PR.)
